Evolution Glass is manufactured in a facility in Charlottesville, Va. This surfacing material is made using 100 percent recycled bottle glass. The product is designed for residential and business owners who have a taste for innovation and sustainable design. Evolution Glass is reportedly stronger than marble and comparable to granite. It has a variety of commercial and residential applications including kitchen counters, conference tables, tabletops, bar tops, backsplashes and mantels. Evolution Glass slabs are made to measure and are available in the following colors; Cobalt Blue; Blue & Clear; Brown & Clear; Clear; Green; and Turquoise. It does not require sealing and is scratch- and UV- resistant.
