Vetrazzo Adds New ‘Coffee House’ Color of Recycled Glass Surfacing to Product Line

Vetrazzo, a manufacturer of surfacing material made from 85 percent post-consumer recycled glass added to portland cement, has a new surface color option, Coffee House. This environmentally-friendly product offering is suitable for use anywhere natural stone is used, such as countertops, tabletops, hearths/fireplace surrounds and architectural cladding. Pulling its design inspiration from a coffee theme, the new color is made from a blend of crushed, clear flint glass, infused with a mix of amber bottle shards that come from recycled jars, beer and wine bottles. To complete the look, the glass was infused in a coffee-tinged background color palette of browns and beiges.
